Step 1: Set Up

• Go to Shopify Admin → Marketing → Create campaign → Shopify Email.

• Install the “Shopify Email” app if not already added.

Step 2: Create an Email

• Choose a template (e.g., product showcase, discount promotion, newsletter).

• Customize with your logo, colors, and message.

• Insert product blocks directly from your store.

Step 3: Select Audience

• Use your customer segments (example: subscribers, repeat buyers, cart abandoners, location-based).

• Make sure you collect emails at checkout or via signup forms.

Step 4: Send or Schedule

• Choose when to send (immediate or schedule for later).

• Example: send at 10 AM local time for higher open rates.

Step 5: Track Results

• Monitor performance inside Shopify:

  • Open rate

  • Click-through rate

  • Orders placed & revenue attributed to the campaign
